As usual the water to rice ratio may differ depending ln the rice you use. Cooking times may also differ depending on your rice cooker!
My rice cooker is a 2 cups uncooked / 4 cups cooked size.
Ingredients
4oz of white fish (I used cod)
Vegetables of choice
3/4c jasmine rice
1c water
2tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp Neutral flavor oil
Thinly sliced ginger
Thinly sliced scallions
1. Wash and start cooking the rice. In the meantime either wrap the fish in parchment along with the soy sauce and sesame oil OR place the fish in a dish that will fit in the steamed
2. After 10-12min of cooking, add the vegetables of choice to the rice or the steamer if they’ll fit. Place the steamer on top and cook toll the switch flips. Mine takes about 15 additional minutes!
