Big vision attracts big talent. Small plans don’t move commission-based reps. 🚀 If you’re at $1M and only planning to reach $2M, you’re basically hiring 1–2 reps. That’s not exciting to the market, and it won’t create real advancement opportunities. Paint the larger picture. Say the goal is $10M over the next few years. That’s a $9M gap. Now make it concrete: if a solid rep produces ~$300K/year, you don’t “need a few hires.” You need ~30 producers to cover that $9M delta. Suddenly you’re building a true sales organization—with leads, layers, coaches, and a path for top performers to grow. Candidates join when they can see the runway.
