4 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 ripe bananas mashed
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 cup chocolate chips
Line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners. Preheat oven to 350F. In a medium bowl, beat 4 tablespoons of butter and 1 cup of white sugar on high speed for 1 minute until well-combined. Add eggs one at a time until combined and then add vanilla.
Add mashed bananas, Greek yogurt, pumpkin puree and continue beating until well combined, about another minute.
