Banded Stop Glides are sammweeks favorite drill as a glider! This drill is helpful with developing the whole movement of the glide technique. The band helps with creating resistance for the upper body, teaching the athlete how to keep the shoulders back while driving through the circle! We recommend anywhere between 3-5 reps for 2-3 sets as a primer before throwing!
