Need to be more dynamic getting into your power position? Well, this is the drill for you! The Step Back Drill is a great drill for developing dynamic hips through the middle to the front of the circle. Start with the block leg forward and shoulder back. Push off the block leg, flipping the hips to the power position. Keep the shoulders back to maintain separation. Once you feel the block foot ground, turn and transfer everything into the delivery!
