A Cook County Sheriff's officer performed the Heimlich maneuver on a driver who was choking on the side of the road. The officer, Zachary Finn, pulled over when he saw the woman exit her car while choking. Finn performed the Heimlich maneuver and dislodged the item from her throat. #TODAYShow
