Today’s pork belly burnt end recipe went crazy at the shop! So of course we had to drop the recipe for y’all…
-1/2 slab of pork belly
-1/2 stick of butter
-1/2 c of maple syrup
-The Gospel seasoning
-Cotton candy topping
Cut pork belly into 1 inch cubes, seasoned liberally with The Gospel in place evenly on a wire rack.
Play wire rack onto your Traeger preheated the 275° for 3 hours or until 190° internal.
Put burnt ends into a half foil pan with your butter and maple syrup. Place back on the Traeger for 20 minutes until the sauce has tacked up and your burnt ends are at 205°.
Top with cotton candy topping and enjoy!
