This weeks staff lunch: Crack Burgers made by Chef gavin.cooks! 🔥🍔
Ingredients:
-1 lb 80\20 ground chuck
-1 C shredded cheddar cheese
-3 T sour cream
-2 T Ranch dressing mix
-1 T Meat Church BLANCO
-1/4 C cooked & crumbled bacon
-4 toasted buns or 2 if you want to make doubles
Mix all ingredients (except for buns 😉) thoroughly by hand in a medium bowl.
Divide into 4 equal parts and create 4 patties.
Throw patties down on a traegergrills flat rock set to medium heat. Flip once you have a good crust (about 8 min). And cook for another three or so minutes until 140° internal.
Toast buns until golden brown.
Assemble your crack burgers and enjoy!
