King Charles III is to unveil a memorial to LGBTQ+ military personnel at what will be his first engagement in support of the LGBTQ+ community.
The memorial, named 'An Opened Letter' is being unveiled at an event at the National Memorial Arboretum on October 27.
Fighting With Pride, the organisation behind the memorial, said: "We are proud to confirm that His Majesty The King will be the Guest of Honour at today’s dedication ceremony for the LGBT+ Armed Forces Community Memorial, 'An Opened Letter', at the National Memorial Arboretum."
