Maple Apple Sour ππ Cocktail Recipe 2 oz. Spiced Rum 1 oz. Apple Syrup .75 oz. Lemon Juice 1 egg white (1 oz) 1 dash Orange Bitters 1 dash Angostura Bitters To a shaker add ingredients. Dry shake for 30 seconds. Add ice. Shake Vigorously until foamy. Strain into a nick and Nora glass or coupe. Garnish with a dehydrated apple or apple slice. Apple Syrup Recipe 2 Cups Diced Apples 1 Cup Water 3/4 Cup Maple Syrup 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar Pinch of salt 2 Cinnamon Sticks 1/8th tsp Nutmeg 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract Simmer on low for 20-30 minutes.
