"You know all those verses in the Bible where it says he knows us by name? Geez. a room like this. Look at this room. It's a crowd like this and, and Jesus calls him by name. He knows his sheep by his name. He knows you and I by our names. Come on. Not just because of our situations or the deal- the things we're dealing with. He knows us by name- and he calls us. So he calls Zacchaeus out. He says, "Come down immediately. I must stay at your house." What is Jesus doing right here? He's saying, "I'm inviting myself into your home." "Your very vulnerable place, the place that you probably don't want everyone at, I'm coming to your house." And I just wanna say just this morning that Jesus is saying, "I'm coming to your house.
