A big part of my routine… In the sauna!🥵
This is something I do 4-5x per week consistently at 90 degrees Celsius.
It has lots of benefits including:
- Improved cardiovascular health
- Detoxification
- Pain and stress reduction
- Increasing white blood cells
- Reduced blood sugar
- Increasing growth hormone
- Removing heavy metals and micro plastics
All depending on how long you stay in, I usually go for 20 mins. If you’re gonna try it, I recommended starting small and building up - it does get difficult with that level of heat and time!
