The undefeated, top-seeded Lions improve to 27-0 and will take on Trinity League rival Orange Lutheran next Saturday at Fred Kelley Stadium in Orange for the Division 1 crown. Defenses controlled action in the first half for both teams, leading to 0-0 tie at halftime. The Lions finally broke through on the scoreboard with 6:49 remaining in the third quarter, as freshman Kate Meier connected with freshman Tessa Russell on a 7-yard touchdown reception.
