Martha Stewart is 84 years old, but you wouldn't guess it — especially when you hear what she does every morning.
The entrepreneur and media personality has long promoted early mornings, saying at a 2021 forum that she never wakes up past 7 a.m. and more recently divulging her days typically start at 4 a.m.
She attributes her brain and physical health to these early starts, and preaches the benefits of a morning routine filled with brain teasers, a nutritional breakfast, and physical activity.
Stewart recently outlined exactly what her mornings look like on the "Lipstick on the Rim" podcast, from her wake-up time to morning activities she completes before heading to her New York City office.
Business Insider's Kristine Villarroel tried following exactly what her mornings look like, and while early mornings initially felt like torture, they quickly became her favorite part of the day.
