Your body changes when your habits do 🍊 Along with an intentional workout plan, here are some things that helped me SEE the hard work I was putting in at the gym: 1. I stopped relying on takeout as much and started cooking high-protein meals that actually fueled me and kept me satiated for longer- reducing the need to reach for junky snacks and curved cravings 2. I cut out sugar-loaded drinks, reduced artificial sweeteners in my coffee, empty snacks, and the mindless sweets — just food that gives me energy. I still enjoy sweets and food that excites me, just without the extra additives and better moderation. Remember, this isn’t about restriction, it’s about respecting your temple by being mindful of what we are putting in our bodies.
