#9. What can I say, I love them! This one has all the vibes of a chinese chicken salad, but with slightly sweet crispy rice on top. It’s a big hearty salad that you make once and enjoy for multiple days—the flavors just get better and better.

Crispy rice
2 cups cooked rice, cooled (I used jasmine)
2 tsp toasted sesame oil
2 tsp maple syrup
2 tsp low sodium soy sauce
Dressing
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
