Makes 4 or 8 servings
1 box
@caulipower Cauliflower Pizza Crust
3/4 cup garlic toum spread OR pizza sauce
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1 zucchini, sliced thin
1 cup frozen corn, thawed
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup pesto of choice
3/4 cup baby tomatoes, halved
2 tsp olive oil, if needed
Turn grill on to 450F. Spread garlic spread or pizza sauce evenly among the two crusts. Then add the mozzarella cheese, zucchini, corn, red onion, pesto and baby tomatoes. Transfer pizzas to the hot grill. Close and leave undisturbed for 7-8 minutes until the cheese melts, the veggies start to brown and the edges of the pizza are browned.
