BAKED SALMON CRUNCHY RICE PAPER BOATS! - I took my viral baked salmon sushi cups and turned them into these little boats and they turned out so so good-the perfect easy and delicious dinner!! These are also fantastic to serve at a get together/party since the crunchy rice paper boats are sturdy and don’t get soggy! SO FUN TO EAT! Makes 4 servings SALMON 11/2 los salmon, skin removed and cubed 3 to soy sauce or coconut aminos 3 to kewpie mayo 2 tb rice vinegar 1 tb avocado oil 1 tb sriracha CUCUMBER SALAD 3 persian cucumbers, chopped 3 green onions, chopped 2 tsp rice vinegar 12 rice paper wraps, quartered 1 cup avocado oil 1/4 cup ponzu sauce (optional) Garnish: black sesame seeds Turn your broiler on high.
