@kalejunkie for recipes like my SCORCHED RICE LOADED CHICKEN GYRO BOWL with homemade tzatziki 😮💨! So obviouslyyyyy crispy rice is my thing now, but I saw this idea for “scorched rice”, which is similar to crispy rice but you make it in a pan with butter and it holds together well, so I figured it would be the perfect base for my loaded chicken gyros bowl! TRY IT!
Scorched rice
1 1/2 cups cooked & cooled rice
3 tb butter
Ultimate Tzatziki
1 cup greek yogurt (I love full fat

2 persian cucumbers, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic
1 lemon, juiced
1 tb dried dill
1/3 cup fresh mint
1/2 tsp kosher salt
Salad
3 cups romaine lettuce, finely chopped
1/2 cup baby tomatoes, halved
3 persian cucumbers, diced
1/3 cup Kalamata olives, pitted & chopped
1/3 cup crumbled feta
1 cup cooked chicken (see previous reel for recipe)
1/4 cup pickled onions (optional, see previous reel for recipe)
Prepare the tzatziki. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl. Toss well then refrigerate...
