They are naturally gluten-free and unlike rice noodles which get clumpy after a few minutes, these noodles retain their shape and texture and soak up the sauce. I’m pairing the noodles with a healthier version of General Tso’s chicken (not fried!!) and omgeeee, this meal is a MUST for any night of the week!
