This recipe makes boring chicken a thing of the past — you can serve this with a side of rice or veggies or just use the chicken in your meal preps during the week. Makes 4 servings 6 large chicken thighs 2 bunches green onion, thinly sliced 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce 2 tb toasted sesame oil 3 tb honey 3 cloves garlic, mashed 2 tsp rice vinegar 1 tsp ground ginger 1 lime juiced and zested 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp ground black pepper Garnish: sesame seeds & chopped parsley Preheat oven to 400F.
