4, 6 oz salmon filets
1 tb olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tb olive oil
1 small onion, finely diced

2 cups pearl couscous
2 1/4 cups chicken broth or veggie broth
3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 lemons, juiced and grated
