Given the love for my potato version, I had to create a version with broccolini and let me tell you — this dish NEEDS to be on your Thanksgiving table this year. The best part about this recipe is the crispy, cheesy top ALL AROUND with that layer of crispy broccolini underneath. I can’t wait to see you guys make it and report back 🤗!

2 1/2 pounds broccolini, ends trimmed
2 tb olive oil (I am using

1 cup gruyere cheese, shredded
1 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
3/4 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tb butter
1 large shallot, chopped
6 cloves garlic, mashed
1 3/4 cups heavy cream
2 tb fresh thyme, chopped
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 lemon, zested (only the zest is used in this recipe)
