I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to share a family favorite recipe, especially in the cooler months when the only thing on my mind are hearty, nourishing dinners (that comes together quickly, of course!). You can use any pasta you’d like, but my kids and I both love thick pappardelle noodles because they soak up the sauce well and are super fun to eat! This sauce freezes really well too, making this a great recipe to double batch or save the leftovers to enjoy on a night where you have no energy to cook.
