Sauce:
1/3 cup hoisin sauce
3 tb rice vinegar
3 tb coconut aminos or low sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1 tb toasted sesame oil
3 tb arrowroot or corn starch
Tofu:
2 blocks of extra firm tofu, pressed
2 tb avocado oil
2 tb coconut aminos or low sodium soy sauce
