1. Cauliflower—buy a whole head of cauliflower and smash it on the counter to break up into small pieces with no mess.
2. Tomatoes – to extend their shelf life, place a paper towel in an open container and store stem side down.
3. Grapes—to easily remove grime, fill a bowl with 1 tsp baking soda and 1 tsp salt. Let sit for 10 minutes then rinse.
4. Cucumbers—to prevent them from getting soggy and last for 2 weeks, add a paper towel to a bag and wrap the cucumbers inside the paper towel and seal bag. Place in the fridge.
