BEEF AND BROCCOLI INGREDIENTS:
2 tb avocado oil or olive oil
1 pound flank steak, cut into bite sized pieces
4 cups broccoli florets, cut into bite sized pieces
4 cloves garlic, mashed
2 green onions, sliced thin, whites and green parts
1/4 cup water
SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup beef or chicken broth (or water)
1/4 cup hoisin sauce (I used gluten-free)
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos
1 tb rice vinegar
2 tsp avocado oil
2 tb arrowroot/tapioca flour/corn starch
2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground black pepper
