SAUCE
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup hoisin sauce (I used a gluten-free version

1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
2 tb honey or maple syrup
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tb arrowroot, tapioca flour, or cornstarch

4 cups broccoli florets, cut into small, bite-sized pieces
3 scallions, finely sliced, green and white parts
