Last year you guys loved my smashed brussels with lemon-tahini sauce; this year it is all about the most flavorful romesco sauce that will wow you and any crowd. Romesco sauce is a delicious red pepper and tomato based sauce that originated in Spain. It is tangy, smoky and creamy and crave worthy!

2 tb extra virgin olive oil
