1 lb fresh cranberries (or frozen cranberries)
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup water
3 tb bourbon
1 tb vanilla extract
1 cinnamon stick
Rinse and dry the cranberries thoroughly. If using frozen cranberries, no need to rinse. Add the cranberries to a large pot and add in the coconut sugar, orange juice, and water.
