This recipe is perfect for Labor Day and FOOTBALL SEASON! These will be devoured in no time—be sure to tag me in your creations so I can repost!
Makes 6 servings
2 1/4 lbs chicken wings (about 24 pieces)
1/4 cup flour or gluten-free flour
Salt & pepper to taste
Olive oil or avocado oil spray
Sauce
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup soy sauce or coconut aminos
1/4 cup water
4 cloves garlic, mashed
2 tb ginger, grated
1 tb tapioca flour or arrowroot or corn starch
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Garnish: sesame seeds
