LEMON PARMESAN SMASHED BROCCOLI š„¦ This is such an easy and very delicious way to eat your broccoli, and pro tipāinstead of chopping the broccoli into florets before boiling, stick the entire crown into the water and then chop into smaller piecesāless messy!!! I recommend doubling this recipe because it is so delicious, one person (ME) can eat the entire tray straight from the oven!ā£

1 large crown broccoli, washedā£
1/4 cup olive oilā£
1 lemon, juicedā£
1 tsp garlic powderā£
1 tsp kosher saltā£
