The DAIRY-FREE version of my DECONSTRUCTED PEACH PIE has finally arrived—right in time for your summer festivities! 🍑 It turned out incredible and it is so easy to make ☺️.
I was challenged to make one of the recipes from my cookbook dairy-free, using
@countrycrock Plant Butter in place of dairy butter, and Plant Cream in place of whipped cream. So naturally, I chose my Deconstructed Peach Pie!
The result? It tastes exactly like my OG recipe. I couldn’t even tell that there was no dairy butter! I was even more surprised that I could make a plant-based whipped cream that was THICK, just like the dairy counterpart!
