@kalejunkie for more easy recipes! 3-INGREDIENT RASPBERRY CHIA JAM! I have been making this simple recipe for years and I thought the new year was a good time to share it again. Once you see how easy it is to make your own jams, you’ll rarely buy store-bought jams! Plus, it’s refined sugar-free for an added win!
You can make this jam with blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, or a mixture of both! And you can even use frozen berries
Makes several servings
2 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen)
2 tb maple syrup
3 tb chia seeds
In a pan or pot over medium heat, add raspberries, maple syrup, and chia seeds. Mix everything together, mashing the raspberries to your liking. Continue stirring for approximately 5 minutes, then remove from heat and let sit for 10 more minutes to thicken.
Let cool completely before transferring to sealed container and placing in a jar in your refrigerator. The jam will keep for up to 1 week.
