You can use different herbs to make your own flavored salts, such as thyme, but I really love rosemary lemon! Itās fantastic on potatoes, meats, fish, eggs, toast, roasted veggies and more. ā£

You can keep the texture on the coarse side like I did, or process it further to make a finer salt, it is up to you. Itās also very inexpensive to make a huge batch and it makes a great DIY holiday gift.ā£

ROSEMARY LEMON SALTā£
Makes 3 cupsā£

3 cups coarse saltā£
2 lemons, zestedā£
1 cup rosemary, removed from the stemsā£

Add all ingredients to a food processor. Process until desired texture is reached. As you can see, I like a coarse salt. Transfer for a baking sheet, and bake at 225 for 30 minutes, so that the rosemary dries. If you donāt want to put it in the oven, let it sit out at room temp for ...
