3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oilā£
1 large onion, finely dicedā£
4 garlic cloves, mashedā£
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, choppedā£
1 teaspoon ground cuminā£
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakesā£
