LIONS HONORED BY CIF-SS: It was a special day of recognition on Wednesday for the jserra.girlsflagfootball team, as the Lions were among the team honorees at the CIF-SS Girls Flag Football Championships Press Conference and Luncheon at the Grand in Long Beach. The undefeated Lions (27-0) will take on Trinity League rival and defending champion Orange Lutheran on Saturday for the Division 1 crown. The game is scheduled to be played at Fred Kelly Stadium in Orange at 7:00 p.m. Juniors Kai Beary, Stella Day, Avery Olson, Dylan Sakayan, and G.G.
