Happy soup season! First time I’ve ever made lasagna soup and loved how easy it was. I did make enough to feed a family so this is my dinner until further notice Recipe: - chopped onion and garlic - onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper (I never measure) - group beef - 2 tablespoons tomato paste - jar of marinara sauce - chicken broth (1 240 ml container) - lasagna noodles - topped with ricotta, Parmesan cheese and basil 1. To a large pot over medium heat, sauté onions and garlic till onions are translucent 2. Add ground beef with seasoning 3. Once meet is cooked through, add tomato paste, sauce and chicken broth. Bring to a boil 4. Once boiling, add broken lasagna noodles and cook until noodles are soft 5. Serve with ricotta, basil, and Parmesan
