Holy shit was it good! 😂 Basically it’s a savory sausage roll pie. 💯 Full recipe below! ✨For the Sausage✨ 2 lbs Italian pork sausage 3 Tbsp Dijon mustard 2 Tbsp chopped fresh sage 2 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary 2 tsp fresh lemon zest 1 tsp ground mace 1 tsp kosher salt ½ tsp black pepper ✨Remaining Filling Ingredients✨ 2 Tbsp olive oil 1 large leek, thinly sliced 1 sweet onion, halved and thinly sliced 2 large carrots, diced ½ cup dry white wine 1 Tbsp flour 1 bag fresh baby spinach Kosher salt Freshly ground black pepper ✨For the Phyllo✨ ~6 sheets of phyllo dough, defrosted, broken into squares 3 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted 2-3 tsp sesame seeds 1️⃣ MIX THE FILLING.
