In one of the coolest moments Saturday night in Tuscaloosa, Mark Burkett walked to my seats to tell me he loved our spatchcock turkey recipe from MeatChurch.com. He also told me today was the 250th birthday of the United States marines corps. I was so moved by him walking 10 seats in to my row to tell me, that I asked if he would repeat it for camera.
