Meet Duncan, a participant in Hilton’s U.S. Management Development Program with a focus in Food & Beverage at hiltoncleveland. He’ll spend nine months in F&B, and three months rotating through all departments in the hotel.
His days are filled with hands-on experience across the hotel’s outlets: Eliot’s lobby bar, Burnham restaurant, and Bar 32 with its skyline and lake views, while also joining leadership meetings and preparing for his impact project that will leave a lasting mark on the property.
