Heat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Toss shredded Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. 3. Spread them in a thin, even layer on a sheet pan. 4. Roast 20–25 minutes, until the Brussels are deeply golden brown and crispy. 5. Transfer the hot Brussels sprouts to a bowl and toss with the Caesar dressing. 6.
