Ingredients
β’ 1 pound Brussels sprouts, shredded
β’ 3 tablespoons olive oil
β’ 1/2 teaspoon salt
β’ 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
β’ 2β3 tablespoons Caesar dressing
β’ About 1 cup grated Parmesan, or as much as you like
β’ 1/4 cup homemade crushed croutons or breadcrumbs
β’ Lemon wedges, for serving
Directions
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Toss shredded Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
3. Spread them in a thin, even layer on a sheet pan.
4. Roast 20β25 minutes, until the Brussels are deeply golden brown and crispy.
5. Transfer the hot Brussels sprouts to a bowl and toss with the Caesar dressing.
6. Plate them, then top with the Parmesan and the 1/4 cup crushed croutons or breadcrumbs.
7. Serve with lemon wedges.
