This turkey bolognese recipe is simple, satisfying, and cozy with 34g of protein per serving + it’s dairy-free 💖 Recipe below ⬇️ You’ll need: - 1 pack protein pasta (I used one from @pasta_rummo) - 1lb ground turkey - diced onions (2) - diced carrot (I used 1 medium one, I’d also recommend adding zucchini or celery if you like!) - 3/4 jar tomato sauce (I used @carbonefinefood) - 1 tbsp tomato paste - 1 cup vegetable broth (or broth of choice) - salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian herb seasoning - fresh basil for topping - olive oil To make: 1. Finely dice onions and carrot, and cook down until soft in a large skillet with about 2 tbsp olive oil 2. Add tomato paste, mix until combined with veggies and cook down for a few more minutes (season as you go) 3. Add ground turkey, mash it up until 80% of the way cooked (season too) - medium heat 4.
