Letโ€™s make a high protein, fall harvest bowl using ingredients grown in California โ˜€๏ธ cultivateCA HOW TO MAKE ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿผ - Roast your veggies! I used 3 sweet potatoes cubed up and a 12 oz bag of brussel sprouts halves. Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper, top with some olive oil, garlic salt, pepper and onion powder. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 425 degrees - Cook 1-2 lbs of ground beef, and I used the same seasonings as the veggies.
