What do you do during your daytime each day to make sure you get good sleep at night? Lake Tahoe was absolutely stunning the past few days and I tried to:
🌲 get outside for a walk in nature
☀️ soak up some sunlight to lock in my body clock
🧘♀️enjoy a few minutes of deep breathing exercises
☕️ and caffeinate strategically!
