I was the girl doing all the crazy hiit workouts, but also heavy strength training, running, swimming, sprint workouts and daily walks…aka I was the girl who gave her body no rest. And on top of that I was tracking my macros and calories, hitting them every, day but I felt AWFUL.
So I changed everything…literally everything😂
I cut my workouts back from 6 days a week to 4, stopped all the HIIT, running & swimming and stuck to just moderate weight lifting and walking (my fav forms of movement).
I stopped tracking macros & calories and switched to completely intuitive eating. This allowed me to actually focus on how different foods made me feel and instead of thinking of food by its numbers and barcodes, I listened to my body and ate what made me feel my best and most fueled. In turn I stuck to mostly whole foods while allowing my fav non-whole foods ...
