Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz. tequila reposado
- 1 oz chestnut puree
- .75 oz. Frangelico
- 1 oz. Baileys
- 2 oz. fresh brewed espresso
- 1 cup ice
- garnish with shaved chocolate and a chestnut
Chestnut Puree
1. Bring 1 cup of roasted chestnuts, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1/2 cup water to a boil. Stir to combine.
2. Once boiling, cover with a lid and bring heat to slight simmer. Let this sit for 5 minutes.
3. Remove pot from heat and allow mixture to slightly cool, then blend until creamy
4. Store your puree in a sealed mason jar for up to 5 days in the fridge.
