Bro made the hardest LFA edit and thought we wouldn’t notice
The Lexus LFA became a modern legend by doing what few cars dared, proving Japan could build a true world-class supercar that rivaled Ferrari and Porsche on every level.
Developed over nearly a decade, it used a hand-built 4.8-liter V10 co-developed with Yamaha that revved to 9,000 rpm and sounded like an F1 car, one of the best-sounding engines ever made.
Its chassis was almost entirely carbon fiber, built in a special facility created just for the LFA, and only 500 units were produced between 2010 and 2012.
Though not an instant sales success, its reputation skyrocketed afterward, with used prices today far exceeding its original $375,000 MSRP.
The LFA’s influence is still felt, it redefined Lexus’s image from luxury to performance, set the stage for the LC 500, and inspired the upcoming LFR hybrid supercar.
Do you think the LFR will ever capture the same emotional appeal as the LFA’s V10 masterpiece? 🤔💭
