Recipe below -3lb Small Yukon Gold Potatoes, cut to small bites -12oz Bacon, chopped -2T Butter -1 Yellow Onion, diced -5 Cloves Garlic, minced -1/3C All Purpose Flour -1C Heavy Cream -2C Whole Milk -4C Chicken Broth -1T Salt & Pepper, give or take -1tsp Cayenne, give or take -1tsp Chicken Bouillon -2C Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded -1 Bunch Green Onions, chopped -Garnish w Bacon, Cheese, Green Onion, Sour Cream **7 1/4Qt Dutch Oven, Medium Heat **Cook Bacon about 12 minutes, set aside **Remove most of bacon grease, add butter **Add Onion, scrape up flavor, cook about 5 minutes **Add Garlic, mix up, add flour, cook a few minutes **Add Heavy Cream, cook 1-2 minutes **Slowly add Milk while stirring **Slowly add Chicken Broth while stirring **Season w S&P plus Cayenne **Add Chicken Bouillon **Add Potatoes, boil for 10 minu...
