Million Dollar Spaghetti has been around awhile and there are many methods to make it. This was my first shot, recipe below with adjustments I will make next time. Week night winner that will last a few days, easy. Have a great weekend. -1lb Ground Beef -1lb Spicy Italian Sausage -1 White Onion, diced -5 Cloves Garlic, minced -1-2T Tomato Paste -24oz Favorite Tomato Sauce. 32oz next time -1lb Pasta, spaghetti -12oz Ricotta -8oz Cream Cheese, softened -1/2C Parmesan, shredded -1 Raw Egg -1T Rosemary, fresh, finely chopped -2T Basil, fresh, finely chopped -Salt, Pepper, Italian Seasoning, Red Pepper Flakes…..all to taste, did not measure -4T Butter -12oz Mozzarella, sliced or shredded. Will do all shredded next time **12” Cast Iron Skillet, Medium Heat, Olive Oil **Add Onion, 4-5 min **Add Garlic and Tomato Paste to middle, cook a few minutes.
